The buffalo it seems is from 5 miles west of here. He escaped about a week ago and the guy that takes care of it was over here the last couple of days trying to round it up. Didn't have a lot of luck doing that though. He told me that if he can't round it up he may have to shoot it. All I know is it ran past the house at a full gallop late yesterday evening. He weighs about 2000 lbs. and stands around 7 feet tall.
