Here is a pic of the Charles Daly Superior II made at the famous Zastava plant in Crotia (formerly Yugoslavia). It is really nice, has a mauser type action, nice walnut, and a neat fold down rear sight.

Listen just in case anyone is interested in a really good scope at a great price I am posting this ad:

FM 2.5-10X44mm High Tech Tactical Scope=110 shipped to you
FM 24X44MM High Tech Target Scope=99 shipped to you

These are really great scopes for rimfires. And both these prices are way below dealer cost. So IF you need one email me at: hvconyac@gmail.com

PS Both of these scopes are VERY limited in quantity. Prices good for a VERY limited time only and only to US residents of course (unless you want to fork out extra for the shipping).

Here is my FM 36X High Tech scope mounted on my H&R M12. This is the combo that made the fly shot. You can also see my new Anschutz 1502D HB Classic in the background waiting for it's FM scope that is on it's way. I am going to mount a 24X on that one.

Ok here is the story on this pic. I was shooting my H&R M12 to zero the scope at 50 yards. The first shot was the one to the far right. The second shot was the next one on the right. The third shot was the one slightly to the left. Ok then I shot four more that were dead center. Just as I was about to shoot the fifth shot a fly landed on the paper. Well I said to myself "that fly is history" not really expecting to hit it. Well I did hit it dead center and it splattered all over the paper. lol

Just a comment about the tragedy of Virginia Tech. To blame guns for this incident would be like if someone hijacked an airplane with 100 people aboard, dumped it in the sea killing everyone, and THEN blaming the plane for what happened and subsequently banning airplanes! Firearms are simply tools, how they are used is determined by the user. Thanks.

Ok the story on this pic is as follows: shortly after I bought my Anschutz 1702D HB I was out blowing up pop cans filled with water. My wife Jan put a Crisco bottle out at the 50 yd. line for me to blow up. Looking at it through my scope I decided it was too easy so I told her I would shoot the little drop of oil over the S on the label. Well as you can see I got it! hehe Posted by Picasa

This buck was shot by a buddy of mine Scott Haggerty in 1999. I just feel like posting it for some reason.
