Picked a nice bowl of tomatoes today. Probably about 5 lbs. of them. Most were the Roma which are a sauce type. But I have really grown to love them after the way they produced last year. All for now.

Picked a big sack of onions and dug 12 more pounds of potatoes today. But that's it for the potatoes and onions for this year. Also got a handful of nice cherry tomatoes to munch on. But now there is nothing left on the whole west side of the garden but some dill plants.

Garden update: the tomatoes are getting close to being ripe. I have Roma, a cherry type, and some Better Boys. We have already been picking some peppers, mainly a sweet banana type and a few hot ones. We also have a couple of real nice eggplants I noticed. The zucchini are also producing nicely. All for now.

Dug the first of my potatoes today. We got about 14 lbs. of the red ones and 12 lbs. of the white ones. I dug two rows and have two left to dig. Nothing quite like fresh new potatoes. Also picked some nice green beans to go with them. Yummy.
