Cheesy Zucchini
2 Zucchini (Med.)
3 Tomatoes (Sliced)
1 Large Onion (Sliced)
4-6 Slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Salt
Black Pepper
Oregano
Garlic Salt
4 Slices Bacon (Cut Up)
Peel and cut zucchini into 1 inch slices
Layer zucchini, tomato, onion, and cheese in 8 inch baking dish
Sprinkle with salt, garlic salt, pepper, and oregano between each layer
Top with bacon slices
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
